  1. Sign up
  2. Verify your account
  3. Click ‘New Bot’
  4. Select your purpose from the dropdown menu
  5. Enter your company name
  6. Click ‘Add bot’
  7. Click “+Add Source” button to add the information you want your chatbot to know
Now you want to add your chatbot’s capabilities via API calls.
  1. Click ‘Actions’ tab
  2. Click ‘Custom Actions’ sub tab
You’ll need to create 1 Action Set for each API.
  1. Click ‘New Action Set’ button
  2. Enter Action Set Name
  3. Click ‘Import OpenAPI’ button to enter OpenAPI Spec (optional)
  4. Select your Authentication
  5. Select and fill out the Authentication required fields
  6. Click ‘Save’ button
  7. Click ‘New Action’ button
  8. Enter Action Name and Description
  9. Fill out Action Operation
  10. Click ‘Test Action’ button
  11. Click ‘Save’ button
