  1. Log into your account
  2. Click ‘New Bot’ button
  3. Select prompt from dropdown menu
  4. Enter company name
  5. Click ‘Add bot’ button
  6. Click “+Add Source” button to add the information you want your chatbot to know
Now you want to add your sales management software API calls (i.e. Pipedrive, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
  1. Click ‘Actions’ tab
  2. Click ‘Custom Actions’ sub tab
  3. Click ‘New Action Set’ button
  4. Enter Action Set Name
  5. Click ‘Import OpenAPI’ button to enter OpenAPI Spec (optional)
  6. Select your Authentication. If OAuth, then;
  7. Enter Client ID, Client Secret, Authorization URL, Token URL
  8. Add Scopes
  9. Enter Description
  10. Click ‘Save’ button
  11. Click ‘New Action’ button
  12. Enter Action Name and Description
  13. Fill out Action Operation
  14. Click ‘Test Action’ button
  15. Click ‘Save’ button
  16. Click ‘Settings’ tab
  17. Customize your chatbots prompt message, colors, font, and icon
  18. Click “Test it out” to check it’s functionality and appearance
  19. Click ‘Deploy’ tab
  20. Click the ‘Deploy’ button on the “Embed on your Website” row
  21. Copy the script
  22. Add script to your website
  23. Check your website to make sure it’s connected.
Make sure to clear your cache and cookies or wait a few minutes if you don’t see it right away.
