- Log into your account
- Click ‘New Bot’ button
- Select prompt from dropdown menu
- Enter company name
- Click ‘Add bot’ button
- Click “+Add Source” button to add the information you want your chatbot to know
- Click ‘Actions’ tab
- Click ‘Custom Actions’ sub tab
- Click ‘New Action Set’ button
- Enter Action Set Name
- Click ‘Import OpenAPI’ button to enter OpenAPI Spec (optional)
- Select your Authentication. If OAuth, then;
- Enter Client ID, Client Secret, Authorization URL, Token URL
- Add Scopes
- Enter Description
- Click ‘Save’ button
- Click ‘New Action’ button
- Enter Action Name and Description
- Fill out Action Operation
- Click ‘Test Action’ button
- Click ‘Save’ button
- Click ‘Settings’ tab
- Customize your chatbots prompt message, colors, font, and icon
- Click “Test it out” to check it’s functionality and appearance
- Click ‘Deploy’ tab
- Click the ‘Deploy’ button on the “Embed on your Website” row
- Copy the script
- Add script to your website
- Check your website to make sure it’s connected.
